30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If you need to request a return, simply contact our support team within this timeframe.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Free from stains, marks, odours, or damage

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, any bedding that has been used or washed cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via our website or support email.

  2. If approved, we will provide:

    • Clear return instructions

    • The correct return address

    • A return shipping label where applicable

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed bedding products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products (unless faulty)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original product.

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for your preferred item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.
